Shipping

  • Free shipping only applies to orders within the continental USA. Tracking is always provided and included in your shipment confirmation.
  • Orders over $700 will be shipped with “signature required”. Please keep track of your delivery and be prepared to receive your package.
  • If you are in AK, PR, or Outside the USA, please contact us at hello@tfrugsco.com, and we will get you a quote for shipment and make every effort to get your items to you. You should keep in mind that you are responsible for any import fees, VAT, and any other additional fees.

What is the status of my order?

  • Please allow us 1-2 business day to process and ship your order.
  • We want you to know where your goodies are, so we always provide tracking. Please check your shipment confirmation email for tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Yes! Please shoot us an email to hello@tfrugsco.com as soon as you know what changes you want to make. 
  • We can usually make changes within 24 hours of your order placement. 
  • Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been shipped.

My item was damaged during shipment, what do I do?

  • If your items are damaged, please photograph the damage. Save all items and packing materials and fill out our contact form. You can also email us at hello@tfrugsco.com. 
  • Please let us know of any damage to your items within 5 days of delivery. 
  • Refunds for items that were damaged during shipment will be processed refunded once they are returned to our office.
