If your rug is too big or too small, not your style or not what you expected, please let us know. We are sorry that your item does not live 100% up to your expectations.
Your purchase can be returned for a refund minus shipping charges both ways. Please contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your goods. Your item must arrive in the same condition it was received, with original tags attached. Once we receive your item we will issue your refund.
